RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure your item is returned to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase.

Items may be returned for a refund, gift card or exchange.

Items purchased at a discount of 30% or more may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Heavily discounted items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, with all original tags intact. Our returns department reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear (smell, stains, makeup, deodorant). hautecouture monitors returns to detect potential abuse of our return policy.

If a return is received that does not comply with our return policy, you will be charged for return shipping.

For US customers, you will be charged $6.95 for shipping.

REFUNDS

Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several days to reflect on your original form of payment.This varies upon your financial institution. Please note, if the order was processed with store credit and credit/debit card our system will refund both payment methods.

STORE CREDITS

Store credits are issued via email and can be applied towards a future purchase. Store credits do not expire.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

We hope this doesn’t happen to you, but if it does (and we apologize in advance), please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and we’ll take care of it for you! Please include pictures of any faults and problems you discover.

hautecouture does not accept returns on merchandise that is damaged from general wear and tear. hautecouture reserves the right to determine if a garment is truly defective.

hautecouture may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page. You are advised to review this policy regularly for any changes. All changes to the policy are effective immediately and apply to all returns processed on or after the last modified date above.
